Hearty Baked Beans
1 pound Odom’s Tennessee Pride Country Sausage (mild or hot)
1 cup chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped
3 (28-oz.) cans of baked beans
¼ cup catsup
1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
- Cook sausage in large skillet until browned. Remove with slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Cook onion and green pepper in drippings in skillet until tender. Stir in beans, catsup, mustard and sausage. Empty mixture into 9 x 13” baking dish. Bake at 350° for about one hour. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
