Sausage in a Blanket


• 1 pound Odom’s Tennessee Pride Country Sausage (mild or hot), cooked, crumbled, and drained
• 2 (about 10 oz each) cans refrigerated butter-flavored biscuit dough



Preheat oven to 375° F. On a floured surface, with a rolling pin, flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle on a floured surface with a rolling pin. Spread each circle with 1 heaping tablespoon cooked sausage. Roll up jelly roll-style and place on baking sheet about 1 inch apart. Bake 10 to 13 minutes or until golden brown.
