•1 lb. roll Tennessee Pride Sausage (mild or hot) •4-5 fully cooked Tennessee Pride Sausage links (cut into bite size pieces) •1½ cup cheesy Ragu Alfredo sauce •1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese •½ cup parmesan cheese •¼ cup sun dried tomatoes (chopped) •¼ cup green onions (chopped) •20-30 wonton wraps
Cook sausage until fully cooked. Drain well. Cut wonton wraps diagonally, making triangles. Cook in oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Place fried wontons onto serving tray. Evenly distribute the Alfredo sauce, sausages, cheeses, green onions, and tomatoes. Heat in microwave until warm; serve immediately. This is a quick and nutritious meal in one or as appetizer. Appeals to all age groups. Serves 6-8 people.
