•1 pound of Odom’s Tennessee Pride Hot Sausage •1 can Rotel •1 box puffed pastry •2 ounces crumbled Blue Cheese •2 tablespoons melted butter or jelly
Cook sausage loosely add Rotel and sauté then drain. Lay out pastry and spread sausage and blue cheese evenly over top – leave ˝ inch around edges. Roll like a jelly roll and lay in pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and brush on butter on your favorite jelly (suggestion: use jalapeno jelly). Slice and serve.
