•15-25 jalapeño, half and deseed •1 package of Tennessee Pride Sausage •2 cups (8 oz) Shredded Cheddar Cheese •2– 3 cups All-Purpose Baking Mix
Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine sausage and cheese in a large bowl. Blend in baking mix with hands until well mixed. Stuff into jalapeño, placing on ungreased baking sheet, bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or room temperature. Serve with flavor sauce.
