• 2 (16 oz. each) cans baked beans • 1 pound Odom’s Tennessee Pride Country Sausage (mild or hot), cooked, crumbled, and drained • 1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard • 1 (4 oz.) cup shredded cheddar cheese • Corn chips
Preheat oven to 375° F. Purée baked beans with potato masher, blender, or food processor until smooth. Pour into greased 2-quart baking dish. Stir in sausage and mustard. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve with corn chips. Makes about 5 cups.
